【肝友小廚房】第一集:紅扁豆蔬菜字母湯
唔知大家有無聽過BCAA呢? BCAA即係支鏈氨基酸,係刺激蛋白質合成嘅重要物質(1)。一般嚟講,BCAA唔單止可以促進體內蛋白質合成,仲可以為身體提供能量同改善肝臟健康(1,2)。另外,攝取多元嘅維他命,亦可以幫助改善肝細胞嘅解毒同提升免疫力。(3,4)
